Completo stores user-created tasks, reminders, categories, templates, and related productivity data on the user’s device.

If you choose to connect Apple Calendar or Google Calendar, Completo may access calendar data to import events into the app or to push reminders you choose to an external calendar. This access is used only for the calendar actions you request.

How We Use Information

Completo uses data to provide core app features, including task management, reminder scheduling, checklist tracking, time tracking, and optional calendar integration.

Analytics and Diagnostics

Completo may use Firebase services for diagnostics and app improvement, including crash reporting and limited usage analytics. This information is used to improve reliability and product quality and is not sold to third parties.

Data Storage

Completo data is primarily stored locally on your device. Calendar data is accessed only when you explicitly connect or sync with your Apple Calendar or Google Calendar account.

Third-Party Services

Completo may interact with Apple services, Google Calendar, Firebase, and other platform services needed to provide app functionality requested by the user.

Your Choices

You can choose whether to grant notification access and calendar access. You can also remove calendar access later in your device settings or disconnect Google access from your Google account.
